A completed spec home is ready and waiting for you to make your purchase and move in.

While having a custom built house sounds nice, you need to be ready to make an incredible number of decisions in the process. The more customizations you make for your home, the more expensive the home is going to be. You will need to have a set amount of funds you can spend on the home and stay within your budget. A dollar more per square foot for carpet or hardwood floors adds up quickly. It is very tempting to upgrade many different aspects of the home and find yourself over budget. If you stay on track and within budget, you can have a great home with the design and features you want at a price you can afford.
